Remington Model 7600 .300 Whisper Review

I like the the .300 Whisper best for deer hunting. My favorite rifle is my new Remington Model 7600 with the checkered sugar maple chambered in .300 Whisper and 270 JDJ. Our favorite rifle is the 270 JDJ I picked up online at the NRA store. One issue with shooting a ported 270 JDJ barrel is the increase in muzzle blast.
My friend (Robby) said his favorite caliber is the 270 JDJ he got at a NWTF banquet last season. I got my Remington Model 7600 in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Elk Grove. My dad's favorite all time cartridge is the world famous 270 JDJ.

My Mom's favorite caliber for deer and larger game is 270 JDJ and the best all around caliber for small and medium game is .300 Whisper. I used to like all my .300 Whisper and 270 JDJ Remington hunting rifles to be "tack drivers".
